verification by LWPC prior to its approval for loan.

Option 6 : IN-HOUSE FINANCING
20% Downpayment payable within 36 months.
80% Balance In-house financing period is minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5
years @ 12% per annum (straight/non declining).
The monthly amortization shall be covered with post-dated checks.
Buyers availing of in-house financing are required to secure a Mortgage
Redemption Insurance (MRI) and Fire Insurance from a reputable insurance
company.
If buyer is a foreigner, the buyer must secure an “Alien Certificate of Registration” or ACR from the Bureau of Immigration and submit to LWPC.
